    •   1/4 cup hemp hearts

    •   1/4 cup water

    •   juice of 1/2 lemon

    •   3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
    •   2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
    •   1 garlic clove
    •   1 teaspoon dijon mustard

    •   black pepper and chili flakes (optional)



    1.   Combine all dressing ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.

    2.   Massage with hands into your greens of choice and add desired toppings. Enjoy!
