Ingredients:
• beets
• extra virgin olive oil
• sea salt
• black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Wash, peel, and dice beets. Place in aluminum foil.
3. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and toss.
4. Wrap beets up in foil and place on baking sheet.
5. Roast for 30 minutes and enjoy!
