Cherry Berry Protein Smoothie


Ingredients: • 4 ice cubes • 1 cup almond milk

• 1 cup chopped kale, tightly packed • 1/2 frozen banana • 1/3 cup frozen dark sweet cherries • 1/3 cup blueberries

• few dashes cinnamon • 1 packet Sakara Life Source Super Powder

Directions: 1. Place ice, almond milk and kale in a blender. Blend until liquidy.

2. Add the remainder of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
