• 3 organic roma tomatoes
• 1 white onion
• 1 serrano chile
• juice of 1/2 lime
• fresh cilantro (about 10-12 sprigs)
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1. Dice both the tomatoes (remove the seeds) and the onion. Place in a bowl.
