Nathalie's Daily Green Juice

    •   lacinato kale

    •   cucumber

    •   celery

    •   ginger root 
    •   turmeric root

    •   lemon and/or lime

    •   herbs: parsley, cilantro, mint (choose 1-2)

    •   small slice of jalapeno (optional)

    •   fruit: apple, pineapple, pear (optional, choose 1)



  1. Rinse all fruits and veggies.

  2. Slice cucumber, lemon/lime, and fruit if adding it to your juice. Cut ends off of celery stalks.

  3. Remove skin from ginger/turmeric root.

  4. Add all ingredients to the juicer, alternating between ingredients.


Note: I like to make my juice and then add ice and stick it in the freezer for a few minutes so it gets extra cold! I use a Hurom Slow Juicer and I highly reccomend!
