Tangy Pesto Vinaigrette

• 2 cups fresh basil leaves 

• 3 Tbsp lemon juice 

• 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 

•  2 Tbsp filtered water 

• 3.5 Tbsp pine nuts 

• 2 cloves garlic, minced 

• 1/2 cup olive oil 

• sea salt & pepper to taste 



  1. Add basil leaves, pine nuts and garlic into a food processor or blender.

  2. Pulse ingredients, adding in olive oil, apple cider vinegar, water, lemon juice, salt and pepper until the ingredients are nicely incorporated and form a smooth consistency. Pour over greens and enjoy!
