ALL GOOD EATS KID-FRIENDLY SMOOTHIE


Last week I teamed up with my longtime friend and mama of two from the blog Lilies And Lambs to make a delicious kid-friendly smoothie… that is actually loaded with greens! SUPER quick and easy to make, perfect for on-the-go, and totally toddler approved!

Servings: 2 smoothies

Ingredients:

• 2 handfuls of kale

• 2 handfuls of baby spinach

• 2 frozen bananas

• 1 cup frozen mango

• 2 cups almond milk

Directions:

  1. Rinse kale and spinach.

  2. Remove kale from stem.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  4. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
