Miso Chilean Sea Bass

Ingredients:

• chilean sea bass

• avocado oil

• sesame oil

• tamari

• lime juice

• miso paste

• garlic powder

• onion powder

• ginger powder

• sesame seeds

• 1 white onion, sliced

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Mix together avocado oil, sesame oil, tamari, lime juice, miso paste, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder and sesame seeds. Feel free to use as much or as little of each ingredient as you would like, and be liberal with this sauce (the more the better)!

  3. While oven is preheating, marinate sea bass in mixture.

  4. Place fish over sliced white onion in a glass baking dish

  5. Bake in oven for 18-20 minutes. Serve with sauce and onion. Enjoy!
