Ingredients:
2 large carrots, chopped
1 1/2 bananas
1 1/2 cup oat milk, or nut milk of choice
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (can substitute with cinnamon)
1 date, optional
ice
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach the desired consistency.
Pour in a large glass, top with shredded carrots and your toppings of choice.
