Carrot Cake Smoothie


  • 2 large carrots, chopped

  • 1 1/2 bananas

  • 1 1/2 cup oat milk, or nut milk of choice

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (can substitute with cinnamon)

  • 1 date, optional

  • ice


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach the desired consistency.

  2. Pour in a large glass, top with shredded carrots and your toppings of choice.
