Ingredients:
3/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
3/4- 1 cup nut milk
1 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
1 small banana, sliced
Directions:
In a glass jar or container combine the oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Stir.
Add the peanut butter, nut milk, and maple syrup. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Slice the banana into coins.
Top the oats with the banana and place in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
Remove from fridge, top with your favorite fruit, and enjoy!
