
Ingredients
1 cup gluten-free oats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup nut milk
1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 small apple, chopped
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
Chop the apple into small cubes.
Add the apple, and the rest of the ingredients into a large jar. Stir until all the the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Place in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and top with berries or your favorite toppings.
