Cinnamon-Apple Overnight Oats


  • 1 cup gluten-free oats

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup nut milk

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce

  • 1 small apple, chopped

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon


  1. Chop the apple into small cubes.

  2. Add the apple, and the rest of the ingredients into a large jar. Stir until all the the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

  3. Place in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 6 hours.

  4. Remove from the refrigerator and top with berries or your favorite toppings.
