Ingredients:
1 banana
1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
dash of cinnamon
Directions:
Peel and slice the banana into coins.
Place a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add some oil.
Once the oil is hot, but not smokey, place as many banana coins as can fit onto the pan.
Add a dash of cinnamon onto the bananas and after about 4 minutes turn the coins over and cook for another 4 minutes.
Continue this process until all of the bananas are cooked.
Remove from heat, top on your favorite toast, oatmeal, or breakfast bowl, and enjoy!
