Cinnamon Caramelized Bananas


  • 1 banana

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil

  • dash of cinnamon


  1. Peel and slice the banana into coins.

  2. Place a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add some oil.

  3. Once the oil is hot, but not smokey, place as many banana coins as can fit onto the pan.

  4. Add a dash of cinnamon onto the bananas and after about 4 minutes turn the coins over and cook for another 4 minutes.

  5. Continue this process until all of the bananas are cooked.

  6. Remove from heat, top on your favorite toast, oatmeal, or breakfast bowl, and enjoy!
