2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded brussels sprouts
1 1/2 cup ground turkey
1/3 cup wild rice
1/3 cup celery, chopped
2 sliced radishes (~1/4 cup)
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
2 sprigs fresh thyme
Place a pan over medium heat and add some olive oil. Place your turkey in the pan and stir occasionally until it's fully cooked.
Cook your wild rice according to the instructions on the box or package.
Shred your cabbage and brussels sprouts with a grater or thinly slice with a knife. Chop your celery and slice your radishes.
In a large bowl mix the cabbage, brussels sprouts, wild rice, celery, radishes, and ground turkey.
Top with the sage and thyme, dress with your favorite vinaigrette and serve.
