Lamb Meatballs

Serves 4-6


  • 1 tbsp of avocado oil

  • 1 lb ground lamb

  • ¼ cup red onion

  • 2 cloves of garlic minced

  • 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 450℉.

  2. Combine all dry ingredients (including lamb) into a large bowl.

  3. Mix ingredients with your hands until fully combined.

  4. Drizzle avocado oil on a baking sheet.

  5. Form meatballs (size preference is up to you!) with hands and place on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

  7. Remove from the oven, and enjoy!

Tip: I like to add these on top of a greek salad or make a bowl with brown rice, tzatziki, olives, feta, cucumber, and arugula!
