
Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
1 tbsp of avocado oil
1 lb ground lamb
¼ cup red onion
2 cloves of garlic minced
2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450℉.
Combine all dry ingredients (including lamb) into a large bowl.
Mix ingredients with your hands until fully combined.
Drizzle avocado oil on a baking sheet.
Form meatballs (size preference is up to you!) with hands and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Remove from the oven, and enjoy!
Tip: I like to add these on top of a greek salad or make a bowl with brown rice, tzatziki, olives, feta, cucumber, and arugula!
