Ingredients:
For the chicken:
chicken breasts
paprika
onion Powder
garlic Powder
lemon pepper
salt
For the tacos:
lettuce
quinoa or brown rice
guacamole
salsa
corn, optional
cilantro
Directions:
Cut your chicken breast into small cubes.
Season your chicken cubes to taste.
Place them on a pan with a small amount of olive oil until cooked.
Add quinoa or brown rice as the base to your lettuce taco, and then proceed to add your chicken.
Top with guacamole, salsa, corn and cilantro. Enjoy!
