Sesame Seeded Salmon


  • 2 2-oz salmon fillets

  • 2 1/2 Tbsp tamari

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2-1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, more for topping


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup and whisk until thoroughly combined.

  2. Pour the sesame sauce over the salmon (saving some for topping).

  3. Bake the sesame salmon at 350°F for about 10 minutes, or until desired temperature.

  4. Remove from oven, top with more sauce, and sesame seeds, and serve!
