2 2-oz salmon fillets
2 1/2 Tbsp tamari
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2-1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, more for topping
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup and whisk until thoroughly combined.
Pour the sesame sauce over the salmon (saving some for topping).
Bake the sesame salmon at 350°F for about 10 minutes, or until desired temperature.
Remove from oven, top with more sauce, and sesame seeds, and serve!
