1 lb. package ground turkey
1/4 onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
In a bowl, combine turkey, onion, garlic, dijon, parsley, sea salt, and black pepper.
Shape meat into four ~4-ounce patties and set aside on parchment paper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add 2-4 patties to the pan and cook for ~5 minutes until the bottom is golden brown (if bottoms look a little burned, turn heat down to medium).
Flip burgers and cook on the opposite side for ~5-8 minutes. Continue cooking until meat is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. Repeat until all patties are cooked.
Remove burger and continue with remaining patties.
