Each day is loaded with green juices, fruits, smoothies, huge salads, whole grains, healthy fats, tons of vegetables and sources of plant protein!
Your cleanse booklet will provide a detailed meal and drink plan that includes snack options, health-promoting supplements, tips, and charts to help you stay on track. You will also receive tons of delicious and easy-to-make recipes, which will help guide you through the cleanse! If you choose to dine out (or order in), you can use the cleanse as a guide for how best to order.
