Ingredients: • sourdough spelt bread • garlic clove • roasted eggplant, asparagus and onion (can use any veggies you like!) • tahini • lemon juive Directions: 1. Bake sourdough spelt bread in the toaster oven 2. Smear toast with a sliced garlic clove 3. Top with roasted veggies 4. Drizzle with tahini and lemon juice 5. Serve and eat warm!
