Raspberry Chia Pudding


  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 3/4 cup raspberries

  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds

  • Toppings: coconut flakes, raspberries


  1. Blend almond milk with raspberries to make raspberry milk.

  2. Add chia seeds and raspberry milk to mason jar, and mix thoroughly.

  3. Let sit for 5 minutes, and then stir again.

  4. Put in fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  5. Top with coconut flakes, raspberries, or toppings of choice. Enjoy!
