• 1 frozen banana
• 1/2 ripe avocado
• 1/2 cup vanilla almond or coconut mylk
• 1/2 cup baby spinach (optional)
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 4 ice cubes
• splash of maple syrup
• Topping Ideas: fresh fruit, hemp hearts, granola, toasted nuts, coconut flakes, nut butter, cacao nibs
1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a clean bowl and add your favorite toppings! (pictured above is hemp hearts + fresh strawberries). Enjoy before your ice cream melts!
