Baked Wild Salmon

Ingredients:

    •  1 pound wild salmon, cut into 2 fillets

    •  1 Tbsp avocado oil

    •  juice of 1/2 lemon

    •  1 clove garlic, mined

    •  1 inch turmeric root, peeled and minced

    •  dill weed

    •  fennel seeds

    •  black pepper

    •  sea salt

 

   

Directions:

    1.  Preheat oven to 375F.

    2.  Rinse salmon in cold water and dry.

    3.  Place salmon in a glass baking dish and cover with avocado oil, lemon juice, garlic, turmeric, dill, fennel seeds, black pepper and               sea salt. Use hands to rub into salmon fillets.

    4.  Bake in oven for 20 minutes and enjoy!
