• 2 beets, peeled and chopped
• 1 inch turmeric root, peeled
• 1 inch knob of ginger root, peeled
• 1 lemon, peeled
• 4 carrots
• 2 stalks of celery
• 1 pink lady apple, cut up removing seeds
• handful of parsley
1. Rinse all ingredients and juice.
Note: I like to make my juice and then stick it in the fridge for a few minutes so it gets extra cold! I love my juicer: Hurom HP Slow Juicer.
