Crispy Sweet Potato Fries & Avocado Aioli


• 2 sweet potatoes, cut into ½” fries

• ½ teaspoon paprika

• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

• few dashes of rosemary & thyme

• sea salt

• black pepper

• olive oil

avocado aioli:

• 2 avocados

• 1 garlic clove

• ½ lemon, juiced

• 1 Tbsp dijon mustard

• 1 Tbsp hemp hearts, plus more for garnish

• sea salt

• black pepper

• cilantro, for garnish


1. Preheat oven to 425F or set up T-Fal Actifry.

2. If using the oven, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, sea salt & black pepper.

3. If baking in oven, place the sweet potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer, making sure each fry has enough space. If using an Actifry place potatoes in the machine.

4. In the oven, bake for 15 minutes. Mix fries. Bake for another 15-20 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender and start to turn golden brown. In the Actifry, cook for about 45 minutes.

5. While the fries are baking, blend the avocados, garlic, lemon juice, dijon mustard, and hemp hearts in blender. Add water until you reach your desired consistency (start with just a little!). Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with hemp hearts and cilantro.

6. Remove the fries from the oven or Actifry and sprinkle with sea salt. Happy dipping!
