Oriental Pulp Crackers Ingredients:
• 2 cups green juice pulp
• 1/2 cup almond meal
• 1 Tbsp water
• 1 Tbsp coconut aminos teriyaki sauce
• 1 teaspoon braggs liquid aminos
• 1/2 teaspoon tumeric
• 1 Tbsp chia seeds
Savory Pulp Crackers Ingredients:
• 2 cups green juice pulp
• 1/2 cup almond meal
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
• 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon dill weed
• 1 Tbsp oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 175F.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with your hands.
Spread thinly on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake in oven for two hours then flip crackers onto other side.
Bake for 30 more minutes. Remove from oven and cut into squares.
Put crackers back in oven for 15 minutes or until crispy.
NOTE: To enjoy later, toast crackers in toaster oven before serving.
