Arca (traditional Mexican fare using progressive and unique techniques)

Must Order: tartare of roasted peppers, wood fire roasted whole fish

El Tabano (authentic Mexican dinner)

Gitano (a jungle vibe restaurant and bar with live music and dancing)

Must Order: green salad (arugula pesto with pistachios), fire-roasted cauliflower, mushroom tacos with beet tortilla, lentil chickpea stew, gitano mule (I like mine with silver tequila instead of mezcal)
