Ingredients:
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried oregano
black pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a jar and whisk until emulsified.
Serve over a Greek salad and enjoy!
