Herb Tahini Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/2 cup chives, chopped

  • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

  • sea salt

  • black pepper

Directions:

  1. Pulse garlic, tahini, vinegar, olive oil, water, chives, parsley and cilantro in a food processor or blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
