Vegan Ranch

Ingredients:

    •  3/4 cup raw cashews

    •  1/2 cup water

    •  juice of 1 lemon

    •  2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
    •  1 clove garlic
    •  1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped

    •  1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes

    •  1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

    •  1/2 teaspoon dried dill

    •  1/2 teaspoon cumin

    •  1/2 teaspoon paprika

    •  sea salt and black pepper to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.

  2. Add extra water for a thinner consistency. 

  3. Pour over salad and keep extra dressing in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
