Fat Balls

 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut flakes

  • ½ cup coconut oil

  • ¼ cup coconut butter

  • ⅓ cup almonds

  • ⅓ cup cashews

  • ⅓ cup pecans

  • 4 medjool dates

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

 

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor. (Can also use a blender, however you may have to add a splash of almond milk so the mixture blends well)

  2. Roll “dough” into balls and place in a freezer-safe container.

  3. Freeze for at least 5-10 minutes until they solidify.

  4. Thaw for 5-10 minutes when ready to eat and enjoy! They will remain good in the freezer for 1-2 weeks.
