Mustard Dill Salmon

Ingredients:

    •   wild salmon

    •   olive oil

    •   lemon juice

    •   dijon mustard
    •   garlic powder

    •   black pepper

    •   fresh dill

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Cover salmon filet with all remaining ingredients.

  3. Bake in oven for 9-12 minutes, depending on the size of your fillet and oven. I like to broil for the last 4 minutes to make it a touch crispy on top!
