Pico De Gallo


• 3 organic roma tomatoes

• 1 white onion

• 1 serrano chile

• juice of 1/2 lime

• fresh cilantro (about 10-12 sprigs)

• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt


1. Dice both the tomatoes (remove the seeds) and the onion. Place in a bowl.

2. Cut the top off the serrano chile, slice in half and remove seeds. Chop the chile and add to

the bowl.

3. Remove the cilantro leaves from the sprigs, finely chop and add to the bowl.

4. Add salt and lime to the bowl and mix all ingredients.
