Simple Daily Lemon Vinaigrette


• juice from ½ lemon

• ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil

• 1 TSP maple syrup

• ½-1 cup fresh basil or cilantro, finely chopped

• pinch of sea salt and black pepper


  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor, blender or combine in a jar by hand.

  2. Serve over greens.

  3. Store unused dressing in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
