Pea Hummus


Ingredients:

• 1 lb. frozen sweet baby peas, thawed

• ¼ cup EVOO

• 1 TBSP tahini

• 1 garlic clove, minced

• [endif]juice from ½ lemon

• sea salt and pepper to taste

• fresh mint for garnishing

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, top with fresh mint and enjoy!
