
Ingredients:
• ¼ cup cashews, soaked for at least 2 hours
• 1 heaping teaspoon of kelp flakes or dulse granules
• 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 1 teaspoon tahini
• 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
• 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon caper juice
• 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
• 1 clove garlic
• ¾ cup water
Directions:
Throw all ingredients for the dressing into a blender and blend! If the dressing is too thick for you, add water to the mixture until you achieve your desired consistency. Enjoy!
