Ingredients:
• 1 6-oz can tuna (I’ve been using Wild Planet Foods Skipjack)
• 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
• 1-2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
• 1/2 avocado
• 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
• juice 1/2 lemon
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• sprinkle garlic powder
• salt & pepper, chili flakes to taste
• 1 teaspoon capers, freshly chopped dill, parsley (optional)
• vegenaise, balsamic vinegar (optional)
Directions:
Drain tuna and add to mixing bowl.
Finely chop celery and red onion. Add to bowl.
Mix in avocado, dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, and any additional spices/herbs/condiments of your choosing.
Mix all ingredients well and enjoy!
