Ingredients:
• 1 fillet of wild caught salmon
• 1 small handful parsley, finely chopped (*or any fresh herb of your choosing)
• 1/2 garlic clove, minced
• 1 teaspoon of olive oil
• juice of 1/2 of a lemon
• juice of 1/2 of a lime
• red pepper flakes
• sea salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine parsley, garlic, olive oil, lemon, lime, red pepper, and sea salt in a small bowl.
Spread some of the herb mixture over the salmon and rub in. Save some herb mixture for topping once cooked.
Place salmon in oven. Cook for approximately 10-15 minutes (until fish is flaky -- I prefer mine medium rare so I cook it for ~10 minutes). If you like your salmon crispy, turn on broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
Remove salmon from oven, plate, garnish with remaining sauce. Enjoy!
