• 1.5 cups raw almonds
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 Tbsp rosemary, minced
• generous sprinkle of garlic powder
• sprinkle of sea salt
Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread raw almonds on the baking sheet and roast in oven for 10 minutes.
Combine rosemary, olive oil, garlic powder, and sea salt in a bowl.
Remove almonds from oven, add to the bowl, and coat fully with rosemary mixture.
Lower oven temperature to 250°F.
Spread almonds on the baking sheet and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy!
