Rosemary Garlic Roasted Almonds


• 1.5 cups raw almonds

• 1 Tbsp olive oil

• 1 Tbsp rosemary, minced

• generous sprinkle of garlic powder

• sprinkle of sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Spread raw almonds on the baking sheet and roast in oven for 10 minutes.

  3. Combine rosemary, olive oil, garlic powder, and sea salt in a bowl.

  4. Remove almonds from oven, add to the bowl, and coat fully with rosemary mixture.

  5. Lower oven temperature to 250°F.

  6. Spread almonds on the baking sheet and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy!
