• 1 lb organic ground turkey
• 1 Tbsp chili powder
• 2 8-oz cans tomato sauce
• 1 can kidney beans, undrained
• 1 can black beans, drained
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
• Salt and pepper to taste
Brown ground turkey in olive oil.
Add tomato sauce, kidney beans, black beans, cumin, onion powder, cayenne and chili pepper. Mix ingredients together over medium-high heat.
Bring to a boil and then reduce and cover for 20 minutes. Serve over greens or rice of choice with cheese, cilantro, avocado and tortilla chips, enjoy!
