Ingredients:
1.5 lbs rainbow baby potatoes
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salt
pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Cut the potatoes into halves or fourths.
Spread the potatoes out on a tray.
Drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper over the potatoes.
Place in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes, flipping halfway. Take out, let cool for 5-10 minutes, and serve warm
