Almond Butter Choc Oats


(serves 2)


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk of your choice

  • 1/2 cup water

Toppings:

  • 2 Tbsp almond butter

  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1/4 cup Greek or plant-based yogurt

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, bring oats, cacao powder, cinnamon, vanilla, milk and water to a boil. Reduce the heat and leave to simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until all the liquid has been absorbed.

  2. Serve in a bowl and add all the delicious toppings. Enjoy!
