(serves 2)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 cup plant-based milk of your choice
1/2 cup water
Toppings:
2 Tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1 banana, sliced
1/4 cup Greek or plant-based yogurt
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Directions:
In a saucepan, bring oats, cacao powder, cinnamon, vanilla, milk and water to a boil. Reduce the heat and leave to simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until all the liquid has been absorbed.
Serve in a bowl and add all the delicious toppings. Enjoy!
