Apple Ginger Cinnamon Tea


  • 8 cups water

  • 1/2 apple, sliced

  • 2 inch piece of ginger, peeled

  • 1 cinnamon stick


  1. Pour 8 cups of water into a large pot and place over high heat.

  2. Once the water is boiling drop in the apples, cinnamon, and ginger.

  3. Reduce the heat to a simmer.

  4. Let the pot simmer/steep for at least 15 minutes.

  5. Remove the pot from heat and pour the tea into a mug, no straining necessary.

  6. Save the extra in the fridge or keep on the stovetop for later. Enjoy!
