Apple, Pumpkin Spice & Almond Bircher Muesli



Recipe (serves 2)


Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup rolled oats

• 1 Tbsp chia seeds

• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or yogurt of choice)

• 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

• 1 teaspoon maple syrup

• 1/2 cup almond milk

• 1 apple, diced

• 1/4 cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped

• 1 Tbsp hemp seeds


Directions:

1. In a bowl, add oats, yogurt, chia seeds, spices, maple syrup, almond milk, diced apple, and roasted almonds.

2. Mix together well and cover. Refrigerate overnight.

3. The next morning, serve with hemp seeds and extra almonds (optional). Enjoy!
