Serves 8-12
Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 mashed banana
2 flax "eggs" (mix 1 tbsp flaxseed with 3 tbsp water for each egg) - optional to use real eggs
1 cup of milk of your choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups of old-fashioned oats
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Toppings (optional) blueberries, nut butter, honey, strawberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
In medium bowl, whisk all the wet ingredients together.
Add the dry ingredients, stir until combined.
Pour into greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
