1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 medium ripe bananas
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/2 cup almond milk
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt cinnamon, and ground cloves. These will be the dry ingredients.
Using a fork, mash the bananas until you reach a smooth consistency.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, almond milk, and maple syrup. These will be the wet ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth. You should have a batter-like consistency.
Grease a nonstick pan with a small amount of coconut oil and pour the batter in it.
Add pecans and banana on top if desired.
Place in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Once time has passed, remove from the oven and let it cool down. Drizzle with some honey for an extra touch of sweetness if desired.
