Banana Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat flour 
- 1/2 cup almond flour 
- 1 teaspoon baking powder 
- pinch of salt 
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon 
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 
- 2 medium ripe bananas 
- 2 eggs 
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup 
- 1/2 cup almond milk 
- pecans, optional 
- honey, optional 
- coconut oil 
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F. 
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt cinnamon, and ground cloves. These will be the dry ingredients. 
- Using a fork, mash the bananas until you reach a smooth consistency. 
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, almond milk, and maple syrup. These will be the wet ingredients. 
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth. You should have a batter-like consistency. 
- Grease a nonstick pan with a small amount of coconut oil and pour the batter in it. 
- Add pecans and banana on top if desired. 
- Place in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. 
- Once time has passed, remove from the oven and let it cool down. Drizzle with some honey for an extra touch of sweetness if desired.
