Berry-Detoxifying Smoothie




Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries

  • 1/2 cup coconut water or almond milk

  • 1 large handful of spinach

  • 1 inch piece of ginger root, peeled

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until you reach your desired consistency.

  3. Pour into a large glass and top with more blueberries.
