1 (15-oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a brownie tray by brushing the pan with a bit of olive oil.
Use a high speed blender or food processor to combine the black beans, peanut butter, almond flour, maple syrup, cocoa powder, olive oil vanilla, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Process until smooth and fully combined.
Pour brownie batter into the prepared brownie pan and top with chocolate chips and flaky sea salt if you’d like.
Bake brownies for about 20 minutes, allow to cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
