Blueberry Bircher Muesli


  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats

  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon goji berries

  • 1/4 teaspoon or more cinnamon

  • splash of vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup or more plain or greek yogurt or kefir (or plant-based yogurt)

  • 1 cup plus more almond milk or coconut water (I use a combo)

  • 1/2-1 orange, juiced

  • 1/4-1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries


  1. Place all ingredients into a large glass container. Stir well.

  2. Refrigerate overnight. Taste and see what it needs. if it's too thick, add more yogurt, almond milk, and/or coconut water.
