Blueberry Chia Jam


  • 4 cups frozen blueberries

  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


1. Add blueberries to a large saucepan and heat over medium-high heat.

2. As blueberries begin to soften, use a potato masher to mash down blueberries. Leave some larger pieces.

3. Fold in chia seeds, maple syrup and lemon juice.

4. Continue to cook for about 15-20 minutes until you receive desired consistency and adjust taste as needed.

5. Transfer jam to glass jars and store in the fridge.
