Blueberry-Mango Smoothie


  • 2/3 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/3 cup frozen mango

  • fresh basil, parsley, mint, and/or cilantro

  • 1-2 big handfuls spinach

  • 1/4 cup kefir or 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt

  • 1/4 cup coconut water or almond milk


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.

  2. Process until smooth.

  3. If too thick, add more liquid. Taste and adjust accordingly.

  4. Top with chopped nuts, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and/or hemp seeds.
