
Ingredients:
2/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup frozen mango
fresh basil, parsley, mint, and/or cilantro
1-2 big handfuls spinach
1/4 cup kefir or 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
1/4 cup coconut water or almond milk
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
Process until smooth.
If too thick, add more liquid. Taste and adjust accordingly.
Top with chopped nuts, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and/or hemp seeds.
